超贫碾压混凝土力学及抗冻性影响因素分析

摘    要:为了扩大碾压混凝土的应用,采用正交试验的方法,研究水胶比、砂率及粉煤灰掺量这三个因素的变化对二级配碾压混凝土力学性能及抗冻性能的影响。试验结果表明:在使用普通减水剂及粉煤灰低掺量的情况下,砂率是影响超贫碾压混凝土工作性的主要因素;水胶比是影响超贫碾压混凝土强度及抗冻耐久性的主要因素。这为以后对碾压混凝土的进一步应用研究提供了支持。

Abstract:The extra-lean roller compacted concrete has the advantages of low dosage of cement,low absolute heat rise,simple operation technology and other characteristics,so it is widely used among dam engineering all over the world.In order to expand the application of roller compacted concrete,this paper mainly studies the effect of mechanical property and freeze-thaw durability of secondary extra-lean roller compacted concrete.In the case of different water binder ratio,sand ratio and the dosage of fly was studied by orthogonal experiments.The results show that when use ordinary water reducing agent and under the condition of low dosage of fly ash,the sand ratio is the dominant factor;water binder ratio is the dominant factor of the compressive strength and the freeze-thaw durability of the extra-lean roller compacted concrete.This study could provide support for the application and further research of roller compacted concrete.
