核电厂板式热交换器的泄漏原因

摘    要:采用冲刷腐蚀试验研究了某核电厂SEM板式热交换器的泄漏原因。结果表明:穿孔泄漏的直接原因是海水中泥沙含量大;泥沙等在流道内沉积,造成流道变窄,使得流速增大是穿孔泄漏的根本原因。

Abstract:Erosion corrosion test was used to study the leakage reason for a plate heat exchanger in a nuclear power plant.The results revealed that the direct cause of perforation was the high sand contents in sea water.And the root cause of perforation was the deposition of sand in the flow channel,resulting in a narrow channel,which makes the flow rate increase.
