克孜河渡槽运行期温度应力耦合分析

摘    要:渡槽在运行期时水泥水化热已经基本消失,结构处于较稳定温度状态,由于外界气温变化会引起渡槽内部的温度应力变化,同时在日照、环境温度变化和骤然降温时会引起结构内外温差与温度应力变化。为了有效防止渡槽在运行期混凝土槽身开裂,造成不必要的损失,通过三维有限元软件建立克孜河渡槽三维模型,模拟渡槽运行期温度、应力分布规律。结果表明:运行期温度应力较大,通过在渡槽外壁采取保温措施,有效的改善了槽身的应力状态,可为今后渡槽设计提供设计依据。

Abstract:During the operation , the cement hydration heat usually have disappeared , thus the structure is in stable state ,however the outside temperature changes will cause the aqueduct internal temperature stress changes ,also the sun-shine ,environmental temperature changes and sudden cooling could cause the same problem .In order to prevent the con-crete trough from cracking during the operation ,three dimensional model of Ke river aqueduct is developed by adopting three-dimensional finite element software ,and the temperature and stress distribution during the operation period and op-eration period of aqueduct are simulated .The results show that the temperature stress in the operation period is larger , and the stress state of the groove body can be effectively improved by adopting the heat preservation measures on the outer wall of the aqueduct .This research could provide design basis for the aqueduct design in the future .
