新一代板对板IMP射频同轴连接器的研发

摘    要:本文介绍了一种两个平行电路板间的IMP射频同轴连接器的设计方案.该IMP连接系统只用一个连接器就能实现上述的连接功能,连接系统更加简单可靠,成本更低,承载功率大.当连接的两个平行电路板间的距离在规定的范围内变动时,连接器的电气性能稳定不变.当所连接的板与板间的名义距离增加时,连接器适应的轴向容差范围也会增加.

Abstract:This thesis introduces a parallel circuit board to circuit board(BtB) IMP RF coaxial connector design.IMP connecting system only need one connector for BtB connection.This connector is simpler and reliable with lower cost and high working power capacity.When distance of two parallel boards changes within its specified big tolerance area,the electrical performance of this connector keeps constant.When the nominal distance of two parallel boards increases,the tolerance of axial board to board distance which this connector adapt to increases accordingly.
