能源可持续利用的发展模式

随着我国经济调整和现代化建设的推进 ,能源在国民经济和社会发展中的地位日益重要。目前 ,石油仍是中国的核心能源。我国对国外石油的依赖程度不断加大 ,石油与经济、政治、军事和外交关系密切 ,石油供应中断的可能性依然存在。我国应建立国家综合能源安全观 ,加快落实能源的可持续利用。本文分析了现实的能源结构 ,指出中国现状是常规能源尤其是石油供需不平衡 ,以及建立了能源可持续利用的发展模式 ,从战略上解决我国在非常事态下的能源安全问题。

SSION ON THE SUSTAINABLE ENERGY UTILIZATION MODE

With the economic readjustment and modernization construction of our country, petroleum resources play more and more important role in national economy and social development.Our country become more dependent on imported petroleum, which is in close relation with economic, political, military and diplomatic affairs, but the possibility that the supply of petroleum is suspended still exists. Our country should set up national security regulations of energy (especially petroleum), and accelerate implementing the sustainable utilization of energy. This paper analyzes the current energy structure and points out that the current situation in China is supply-demand imbalance of conventional energy, especially petroleum. In order to solve energy security problems of our country, the government would better to establish the development mode of sustainable energy utilization.
