质子交换膜燃料电池局部电流研究

摘    要:通过对分区测量法和局部膜电极法的比较,发现当加湿温度和电池温度不同时,分区测量法表现出随流道延长局部电流逐渐下降,而局部膜电极法中局部电流表现出较大的波动趋势。局部膜电极法更有利于研究局部电流的原因在于其能反映出反应气体的二相流性质,以及局部单元的水变化,而分区测量法仅表现出流道阻力,不能体现出气体的二相流及水变化过程。

Abstract:Partial MEA method and different segment measurement were compared. The results show that when there is achange in humidification temperature and cell temperature, the local current gained by different segment measurement method shows decreasing accompanied with the flow field extending, but the local current gained by partial method gives a wave trend. The reason that partial MEA method is beneficial to study local current is that, it can reflect two-phase flow character of reactant gas and water change in local segment. However, different segment measurement can not have the similar effect as partial MEA method, and it only demonstrates the obstruction in flow field.
