| 摘 要： | 介绍了自制抛光机的工作原理，并对机械抛光加工的工艺参数进行了分析，提出了不锈钢件水下抛光方式。结果表明，能较好地解决造纸机流浆箱件抛光中易烧伤、变形大、生产效率低等问题，工件质量显著提高。

| Abstract: | The article introduced the principle of polishing machine made by ourselves, studied the operation parametcrs, put forward a method of polishing stainless steel workpieces in water. Results of experiment show that the craft can solve the problems, such as surface scorching, big transfiguration, low manufacture efficiency etc. The quality of workpieces is improved greatly. |
