| 摘 要： | 用管理经济学的理论分析了国际油价低迷产生的原因，国际石油公司相互兼并的主要动机，国际油价低迷对我国的影响和国家采取宏观调控产生的作用。并根据我国及石油、石化企业的情况，对国际油价低迷应采取的措施提出了建议。
