| 摘 要： | 在当前快速城市化的背景下,就如何营造科学、人文、和谐的城市空间景观,以常州市为例进行了规划研究。通过制定缜密的技术路线,采用GIS、Sketch-up三维建模数字化平台,对城市分地块进行用地性质、可达性、地价、历史文保等八个方面因子量化赋值分析,并结合实际情况和经验判断,确立地块开发强度和容积率控制范围,为城市规划编制和管理提供创新的工作方法和科学的决策依据。
