| 摘 要： | 技术创新中介服务体系是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。我市技术创新中介服务机构建设目前还处于起步阶段，其运行机制、服务手段、现行制度等不能满足市场经济的需要和企业技术创新对中介服务的要求，因此需要从服务功能、服务手段、运行机制等方面进行不断的研究．以建立我市技术创新中介服务体系，搭建起为企业技术创新服务的平台。

| Abstract: | The construction of the intermediary agent service agencies is at the starting stage, whose working mechanism, service means, and present system can not meet the demands of market economy and the requirements of the technological innovation of enterprises. Therefore, studies on service functions, service means, and working mechanisms must be carried out to establish the intermediary agent service system of Chongqing for technological innovation and to build the service platform for the technological innovation of enterprises. |
