基于成本分析模型的程潮铁矿崩落法采场结构参数优化

摘    要:基于椭球体理论,结合放出椭球体组合排列方法,在程潮铁矿西区-430~-500 m阶段设计了6种采场结构参数,通过PFC建立相同矿石储量下的6种采场结构参数模型并进行了数值模拟放矿。根据模拟结果分析比较了6种采场结构参数的矿石回收率和贫化率。结果表明:同一分段高度下大间距模型和高分段模型回收率要高于传统模型,贫化率要低于传统模型;随着分段高度的增加,3种模型的回收率均会降低,但总的贫化率会减小。将回收率和贫化率作为崩落法生产成本影响指标,建立了成本分析模型,基于该模型计算出6种采场结构参数模型的最终利润,结果表明:同一分段高度下大间距模型所得利润最高;同一种结构模型随着分段高度的增加,总成本费用降低,所得利润增加;分段高度为23.3 m,进路间距为25 m的采场结构参数模型开采经济效益最优。

Abstract:Based on the ellipsoid theory and combining with the arrangement of the ellipsoid,6 stope structure parameters are designed in stage-430 m ~-500 m at west section of Chengchao Iron Mine,and numerical simulation on 6 models of stope structural parameters under the same ore reserves are made by PFC.According to the results of simulation analysis,the ore recovery rate and dilution rate under 6 stope structure parameters are contrasted.The results show:under the same segment height,the recovery rates of large-space models and high-range models are higher than that of traditional models,and the dilution rates are lower than that in traditional models;With segment height increasing,the recovery rates of the three models will be reduced,but the overall dilution rates will be also lowered.The cost analysis model is established with recovery rate and dilution rate as cost impact indicatorsin caving production.Based on this model,the ultimate profits of 6 models with stope structural parameters are calculated,and the results show:the profit of large-space model is the highest under the same segment height;the total cost is reduced and the profit is increased in one kind of model as the segment height increases;The stope structural parameter model with segment height of 23.3 m,route space of 25m has the highest economic benefits.
