摘    要:磨矿分级作业是整个选矿厂生产工艺流程中最关键的环节之一,实现该作业的自动控制对选矿厂的节能降耗和降本增效至关重要。磨矿分级控制策略作为自动控制系统的核心,由传统控制策略逐步发展为现代控制策略和智能控制策略,越来越适用于具有多变量、非线性、大滞后、时变性等特点的磨矿分级过程,其发展趋势将是多种智能控制方法或机理融合的复合控制策略。

Abstract:Grinding-classification operation is one of the most important link of production technology process for mineral processing plant. Realization of automatic control is crucial for energy saving, consumption reducing and benefit increasing. Control strategy of grinding-classification is the core of automatic control system. It is gradually developed from traditional con-trol strategy to modern control strategy and intelligent control strategy. It is more and more suitable for grinding-classification control which has the characteristics of multivariate, nonlinear, large lag, time-varying. Its development tendency will be the compound control strategy combined by several intelligent control method or mechanism.
