内蒙古某难处理铁矿石选矿试验

摘    要:为确定内蒙古某微细粒、低品位、难选铁矿石的选矿工艺流程,在对矿石性质分析的基础上进行了选矿试验。结果表明,采用磨矿-1粗1精弱磁选-弱磁选尾矿再磨后1粗1精高梯度强磁选流程处理该矿石,可获得铁品位为65.30%、回收率为48.57%的弱磁选精矿,以及铁品位为60.25%、回收率为32.37%的高梯度强磁选精矿,综合精矿铁品位为63.18%、回收率为80.94%。

Abstract:In order to determine the process flow of fine particle,low grade and refractory iron ore in Inner Mongolia,experiments were carried out based on the analysis of ore properties.The results showed that low intensity magnetic concentrate with iron grade of 65.30% and recovery of 48.57% and high gradient high intensity magnetic concentrate with iron grade of 60.25% and recovery of 32.37% were obtained by the process of grinding-one roughing and one cleaning low intensity magnetic separation-low intensity magnetic separation tailing regrinding and one roughing and one cleaning high gradient high intensity magnetic separation.Total iron concentrate contains iron grade of 63.18% with Fe recovery of 80.94%.
