尾矿浓缩技术与设备的最新进展

摘    要:综合评述了近10 a来我国在湿式尾矿、干堆尾矿和膏体尾矿浓缩技术与工艺方面的最新进展,并详细介绍了旋流器、澄清器(池)、(高效)浓缩机、倾斜板浓缩机、高密度(高压)浓缩机、膏体浓缩机、脱水筛、过滤机、压滤机、沉降槽和沉淀池等尾矿浓缩设备的研制与应用现状。在湿尾矿的浓缩技术方面,主要侧重于浓缩机的高效化改造及分级浓缩工艺的改造;浓缩机、旋流器、脱水筛、压滤(过滤)组合工艺是目前选厂干堆尾矿浓缩普遍采用的成熟工艺;尾矿膏体浓缩技术工艺简单,而且尾矿膏体可以采用管道输送,具有发展前途;如何针对不同尾矿的特点研制新型高效的尾矿膏体浓缩机、高效浓缩机、全自动压滤机、过滤机等是尾矿浓缩设备发展的趋势。

Abstract:The latest progress of nearly ten years in China about concentration technology of wet tailings,dry tailings and paste tailings was comprehensively reviewed,the development and application status of tailing thickening equipment such as hydrocyclone,clarification device (pool),(high efficiency)thickener,inclined plate thickener,high density (high pressure) thickener,paste thickener,dewatering screen,filter,filter press,settlement tank and sedimentation tank were introduced in de-tail.In wet tailings concentration technology,high-efficient modification of thickener and transformation of classification concen-tration process have been mainly researched;thickener,cyclone separator,dewatering sieve,filter (filter)integrated process is currently selected for mature technology of dry heaping tailings thickening by mineral processing plant;paste tailings concentra-tion technology is simple,and paste tailings can be transfered by pipeline,so the technology has development future;how to de-velop new and efficient concentration equipments such as paste tailings thickener,high efficiency thickener,automatic filter press,filter and other according to the characteristics of the tailings,which will be future development tendency of tailings con-centration equipment.
