磁铁矿对赤铁矿反浮选过程的选择性磁团聚研究

摘    要:考察了赤铁矿反浮选过程中添加磁铁矿对赤铁矿产生的选择性磁团聚作用及机理。结果表明:在赤铁矿和石英人工混合矿反浮选回收赤铁矿时,加入磁铁矿可提高精矿赤铁矿回收率,降低尾矿铁品位,且磁铁矿粒度越细,影响越显著,淀粉与磁铁矿组合使用比单独使用磁铁矿的作用效果明显。与不添加磁铁矿相比,当-5 μm粒级磁铁矿的添加量为4%时,精矿赤铁矿回收率提高了6.5个百分点,尾矿铁品位降低了22.5个百分点。通过沉降试验和SEM分析结果可知,磁铁矿能选择性地磁团聚细粒赤铁矿,改善细粒赤铁矿的反浮选效果。

Abstract:Selective magnetic agglomerate of magnetite on hematite during hematite reverse flotation was investigated,as well as their mechanisms.The results show that the recovery of concentrate hematite was increased,Fe grade of tailings was reduced on the reverse flotation by adding magnetite in reverse flotation of hematite on hematite and quartz artificial mixed minerals.And the smaller the particle size of magnetite is,the influence is more significant.The effect of starch and magnetite used in combination was more obvious than magnetite alone.Compared with the absence of magnetite,recovery of hematite was increased by 6.5 percentage points and the grade of iron in tailing was decreased by 22.5 percentage points when the-5 μm magnetite proportion is 4%.The sedimentation experiment and SEM analysis results showed that magnetite can selectively agglomerate hematite,improve fine hematite flotation index.
