云南某铅锌硫化矿石浮选试验

摘    要:云南某铅锌硫化矿石铅品位为1.32%、锌品位为8.17%。矿石中铅主要赋存于方铅矿中,锌主要赋存于闪锌矿中,铅锌矿物共生关系密切,分离困难。为给该矿石的开发利用提供依据,进行了实验室浮选试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占74.60%条件下,以石灰为调整剂、水玻璃为脉石抑制剂、硫酸锌+亚硫酸钠为锌抑制剂、乙硫氮+丁胺黑药为捕收剂、松醇油为起泡剂,经1粗3精1扫选铅,选铅尾矿以硫酸铜为活化剂、丁基黄药为捕收剂、松醇油为起泡剂,经1粗3精1扫选锌,获得了铅精矿铅品位为54.25%、铅回收率为84.66%、锌品位为2.92%,锌精矿锌品位为48.32%、锌回收率为90.19%、铅品位为0.10%的指标。

Abstract:There is 1. 32% lead and 8. 17% zinc in a lead-zinc sulfide ore from Yunnan. Lead mainly occurred in galena and zinc mainly occurred in blende. Metallic minerals is closely paragenesis and is difficult to separate lead from zinc. Labora-tory experimental study was conducted to provide technique basis for the exploitation and utilization of the ore. Results show that at the grinding fineness of 0. 074 mm passing 74. 60%,lead concentrate with lead grade of 54. 25%,recovery of 84. 66%and zinc content of 2. 92%,zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 48. 32%,recovery of 90. 19% and lead content of 0. 10% was obtained by the processing of one-roughing,three-cleaning,one-scavenging using lime as regulator,sodium silicate as inhibitor for gangue,zinc sulphate + sulfite combination as inhibitors for zinc,diethyldithiocarbamate and butyl aerofloat as lead collec-tor,pine camphor oil as foaming agent to preferential floating lead,and lead flotation tailings via the process of one-roughing, three-cleaning,one-scavenging with the copper sulfate as activator,butyl xanthate as collector,pine camphor oil as foaming a-gent to select zinc closed circuit flotation tests.
