低品位厚大矿体多中段协同开采步距计算方法

摘    要:多中段开采模式能有效提高低品位厚大矿体生产能力,降低生产成本,研究多中段协同开采步距具有重要意义。从矿山工程系统出发,提出了多中段协同回采步距计算思路和方法。通过构建多中段协同开采步距计算体系,建立多中段协同开采综合模糊评价体系,利用层次模糊分析法,对影响多中段同时开采方案选择的各因素权重值进行了确定,评价了多中段同时开采方案,理论上确定了多中段协同开采方案和协同步距。以广西华锡集团铜坑矿锌铜矿体为工程背景,开展了协同步距的理论应用研究,确定了锌铜矿体二中段同时回采且上中段超前下中段2个采场步距的协同开采方案。该研究成果可为低品位厚大矿体多中段协同开采提供技术指导。

Abstract:Multi stage mining model can effectively improve the production capacity of low-grade large thick ore-body and reduce the costs. So it is significant to research the step distance of multi-stage synergistic mining. From the view of mine engi-neering systems,the ideas or methods for computing the step distance of multi-stage synergistic mining were proposed. The ex-ploited computing system was constructed to build the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation system of multi-stage synergistic mining. The hierarchical fuzzy analysis method was adopted to determine the weight value of each factor that influences the multi-stage synergistic mining. Through evaluating the multi-stage synergistic mining scheme,the scheme and its synergistic steps are de-termined in theory. With the copper zinc ore body in Tongkeng mine,Guangxi Huaxi Group as engineering background,the in-vestigation on the theory and application of the synergistic mining step distance showed that the second stage mining of copper zinc ore-body collaborating with the upper stage ahead two steps distance from the lower stage is the optimal. Research results provided technical guidance for the multi-stage synergistic mining of low-grade large thick ore-body.
