区域矿山建矿的系统观模式分析

摘    要:矿山系统工程是实现矿业现代化的必要工具,对于矿山建设、决策和管理具有重要的指导意义。从复杂工程与复杂系统的角度阐述了矿山系统工程的基本特征即矿山工程系统的复杂性,并给出了主要表现形式。以云锡“区域矿山”建设过程为背景,基于系统观,从资源整合、生产系统重构与优化及集约开采3个方面对“区域矿山”的建矿模式进行了分析,体现了系统工程的思想、理论和方法在现代矿业工程中的具体应用。

Abstract:Mining system engineering is a necessary tool for the modernization of mining industry and it plays an impor-tant role in the construction,decision and management of mine.Basic characteristics of mining system engineering,a kind of complexity,are described from the view of complex engineering and complex system,and its manifestation is given.Based on system view and with the background of construction of regional mine in the Yunnan Tin Corporation(YTC),the regional mine building mode is analyzed from three aspects of resources integration,reconstruction and optimization of production system and intensive mining.The regional mine building model embodies the practical application of thought,theory and method of system engineering in modern mining engineering.
