摘    要:浙江某银铅锌多金属矿石铅、锌、银含量分别为1.10%、3.70%、84.50 g/t,铅、锌主要以硫化铅、硫化锌形式存在,具有较高的开发利用价值。为充分回收矿石中的有价元素,采用优先浮选工艺进行了选矿试验。确定的最终工艺流程为1粗3精2扫选铅、1粗2精1扫选锌、1粗1精选硫,最终获得铅品位为46.40%、铅回收率为81.02%、含银3 300.00 g/t、银回收率为75.17%的铅精矿,锌品位为4800%、锌回收率为88.17%的锌精矿,以及硫品位为36.70%、硫回收率为50.98%的硫精矿。较充分地实现了矿石中有用矿物的回收。

Abstract:The sliver-lead-zinc polymetallic ore in Zhejiang contains 1.10% lead,3.70% zinc,84.50 g/t sliver.Lead and zinc are mainly exists in form of lead sulfide and zinc sulfide which have high value of development and utilization.In order to recover the valuable elements in ore adequately,preferential flotation flowsheet was adopted in mineral processing experiments.The results indicated that via the closed-circuit process of one roughing-three cleaning-two scavenging select lead,one roughing-two cleaning-one scavenging select zinc,one roughing-one cleaning select sulphur,lead concentrate with lead grade of 46.40%,recovery of 81.02%,sliver grade of 3 300.00 g/t,recovery of 75.17%,zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 4800%,recovery of 88.17% and sulphur concentrate with sulphur grade of 36.70%,recovery of 50.98% were obtained eventually.Full recovery of valuable minerals in ore was achieved.
