摘    要:研究了热处理对原位自生VCp/Fe复合材料在油润滑工况条件下摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,在油润滑条件下,经热处理后VCp/Fe复合材料的基体组织得到调整优化,其耐磨性能远大于铸态VCp/Fe复合材料的和正火45钢的;在变载荷的情况下,淬火+低温回火热处理后的复合材料的耐磨性比其它热处理工艺处理后的要好。

Abstract:The influence of heat treatment on frictional wear properties of in situ VCp/Fe composites in lubricated condition was investigated. The resuh shows that the microstructure of heat treated VCp/Fe composites is optimized, the wear resistance is much better than that of cast VCp/Fe composites and normalized 45 steel and under the condition of different load, the wear resistance of the composites treated with quenching and tempering at low temperature is better than that of the composites through other heat treatment.
