WGMOA正名和新技术条件要求

提示无串联放电间隙与有串联放电间隙的WGMOA(含MOV的SPD-金属氧化物非线性电阻的过电压保护器)在电网中(含3～500kV电网及220—380V电网)的运行工况大不相同,在运行中大量情况下是在内过电压下工作,而不仅仅是起防雷(避雷器)作用。故WGMOA中名称不应定名为“交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷器”。应正名为“交流无间隙金属氧化物保护器”。为了保证WGMOA在服役期望期,型式试验中应对其进行安秒(I-t)特性和伏秒(V-t)特性试验,型录应提供“能量资源(kJ)值”或“比能量(kJ／kVU)值”和0．05s至24h范围的不同持续时间的“允许电压值”。为了与保护物绝缘配合的需要,WGMOA型录应向用户提供伏安(V-I)特性。

Definition of WGMOA and New Technical Condition and Requirements

This paper presents that the operation condition in 3 ~ 500 kV and 220 ~ 380 V power network for WGMOA (SPD that contains MOV-the over voltage protector of metal oxide nonlinear resistance) without discharge gap and with the series discharge gap is different, and the most of operation condition is in internal over voltage, not only in prevention of lightning faults. So, WGMOA in Chinese should not be "AC metal oxide arrester without gap ", should be named for "AC metal oxide protector without gap . To guarantee WGMOA in duration of the service expectation, the tests of I-T and V-t characteristics should be carried out in type test, and type record should offer the value of energy resource ( kJ) or ratio energy (kJ/ kV, U,) value and the allowable voltage in the scope of 0.05 s to 24 h at the different duration. For the needs of insulation co-ordination with protective objects (such as power transformer etc. ) , type record of WGMOA (SPD that contains MOV) should offer volt-ampere ( V-I) characteristic to user.
