子午线轮胎直行和侧滑滚动过程的热力耦合动态分析

摘    要:轮胎在路面上直行和侧滑滚动是复杂的热力耦合过程,对于深入了解轮胎的力学性能,优化轮胎的承载能力,提高车辆乘坐舒适性等方面都有着重要作用.本文采用有限元分析软件A baqus/Exp lic it对235/65R 14越野车子午线轮胎行驶过程的热力场进行了三维动态耦合分析,得到了轮胎的应力、温度分布以及侧滑力、回正力矩随侧滑角的变化曲线,为轮胎设计提供了参考依据.

Abstract:Doing research in simulation between tire and road by means of the FEM in a thermo-mechanically coupled manner can not only uncover more about the tire characteristics,but also make better use of it and to extend its utility.In this paper,the simulation procedure is rolling a radial tire over barriers with the consideration of thermal effects.The simulation is carried out by means of the commercial FE code Abaqus.This version is used on basis of an explicit dynamic formulation(Abaqus/Explicit).This helps us to understand the basic dynamic reaction of the tire to the barrier,and also could be taken as a reference for special utility tire design.
