摘    要:荔枝是原产于我国华南的亚热带水果.荔枝容易褐变和腐烂,使它在贮藏和运输上遇到很多问题.文中简要介绍了荔枝采后的生理特征,分析了荔枝褐变和腐烂的主要原因.根据荔枝的生理特征和影响荔枝褐变和腐烂的因素,提出了适合荔枝的薄膜包装保鲜技术.

Abstract:Litchi is a kind of subtropical fruits and originated from south China.It is difficult for litchi to be preserved and transported because of its easily browning and decaying.The physiological characteristic of fresh litchi and the main cause of its browning and decaying were analysed. According to the physiological characteristic of litchi, some proper fresh-keeping technologies of film packaging were put forward.
