磁铁矿与赤铁矿在球团矿中合理配比的探讨

摘    要:针对鞍钢集团矿业公司磁铁矿精矿不能完全满足球团矿的用量要求,采用赤铁矿与磁铁矿的精矿混合配制球团。通过鞍千矿业公司赤铁矿与大孤山选矿厂的铁精矿配比30∶70,从生产指标看能满足生产球团矿的要求。从两种矿物成球机理及球团矿的还原性状与还原反应机理进行了探讨,认为赤铁矿球团中加入石灰石等添加物,在氧化气氛焙烧时,形成CaO.Fe2O3或CaO.S iO2而使生球固结,在1 200℃以内可以制成合格球团。

Abstract:Since magnetite concentrate in AnSteel Groupe mining corporate do not fully meet the consumption requirements of pellets,hematite and magnetite concentrate are mixed to prepare pellets. The ore matching ratio of iron concentrate of 30∶70 in Anqian mining company and Dagushan dressing plant can meet the demand of pellet production at each indicator. The pellet-forming mechanism for two kinds of mineral ores and the reduction feature and reaction mechanism of pellets are discussed. Hematite pellet by adding limestone and other additives can form CaO·Fe2 O3or CaO·SiO2to make fresh pellet consolidated at the oxidation of the atmosphere and can produce the qualified pellet at 1 200 ℃ or less.
