孔板流场的二维激光测速试验研究

摘    要:本文通过二维激光测速试验分析了孔板流场特性,并深入研究了孔板内缘型式对流场影响规律,采用圆形管道和模拟孔板断面的矩形管道两种模型试验对比分析,研究了孔板环内分离流发展过程与孔板内缘型式的关系,从而揭示了内缘型式对消能系数影响的内部机理。

Abstract:By using the 2 dimension LDV system,the experiment on the characteristics of the flow field at the orifice plate was carried out.How the shape of inner edge of orifice plate affects the flow field was thoroughly studied.A complete model in circular pipe and another one in rectangular pipe which shows the section of inner edge were used.By comparison and analysis,the relation between the development of the seperate separated flow behind orifice and the shape of inner edge was acquired.Consequently,the mechanism concerning the effect of the shape of inner edge to the energy dissipation coefficient was revealed.
