PIC实现激光打标设备测控系统的研究与设计

摘    要:基于智能传感技术和微处理器技术,提出了基于PIC16F876的激光打标设备测控系统,系统上电复位后,系统处于监测状态。当温度超出上(下)限设定点,微控制器立即启动(关闭)冷却系统。当冷却腔体流量、温度出现异常时,发出报警信息,切断激光电源。确保激光打标设备中装有氪灯的冷却腔体内温度处于安全范围。

Abstract:Based on the intelligence sensor and the microprocessor technique,this article puts forward a supervisory control system of laser mark equipments based on PIC16F876.After resetting,the system is placed in the control of monitoring.When the temperature outruns the upper or lower limit set in advance,the microprocessor starts or shuts off the cooling system immediately.When the flow of cooling system appears abnormally,the microprocessor sends out the alarm and cuts off supply of the laser power,so that the valuable parts in the laser mark equipments,such as the krypton light,will not be over-hot and damaged.
