摘    要:根据新型车轮的安装及外观要求完成了改型设计,采用MSC/MARC对车轮的弯曲疲劳试验和径向疲劳试验进行了仿真,提出了改进方向,通过激光快速成形技术制作了轮辐的木制原型,对不同的设计方案进行了评估和装配校验,确保了车轮在满足外观和装配要求的前提下,顺利通过弯曲疲劳试验和径向疲劳试验,保证了设计的一次性成功。

Abstract:Based on the reverse engineering result, the improving design is finished according to assembling and appearance demands. The MSC/MARC is used to simulate the bending fatigue case and the radial fatigue case of different wheels. The prototypes of different spokes are produced using the laminated object manufacturing method, and the different design is evaluated. The design success is guaranteed at one time, because that the wheel can meet the requirement of assembling and appearance and the bending fatigue and the radial fatigue test smoothly passed.
