| 摘 要： | 超薄连续复合带是电子元器件制造业所需的关键功能材料，重庆川仪一厂近期研发的DAg/QSn、DAu/QSn、DNi/QSn、DS-Pb/QSn、DAg/SUS等超薄连续复合带新产品，具有条复面复的结构形式，在超薄连续复合带制造技术产工艺装备的研究方面，获得了突破性的进展，其产品已逐步推广应用，并可替代进口。

| Abstract: | The ultra thin continuous clad strip is the important of functional materials in the manufacture of the electronic element.The productions such as DAg/QSn,DAu/QSn,DNi/QSn,DSn Pb/QSn,DAg/SUS are the new products of the ultra thin continuous clad strip in Chongqing Chuanyi factory No.1 in recently,which have two structure with wedged and surface clad,and make a breakthrough progress on the development of manufacturing technique and tool set up of the ultra thin continuous clad strips.The productions are popularized and applied step by step,and can instead of the exported production. |
