| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验和失重试验对团块中SiO_2的还原反应进行了试验研究。指出在团块中适当添加碱金属和碱土金属的化合物能加速碳对SiO_2的还原速度,并分析了添加CF和CFE两种物质后,团块内SiO_2的还原机理及添加物对团块失重的影响。

| Abstract: | By orthogonal multifactor testing and loss weight experiment, the reduction of SiO2 in lump was tested. The results show that the reduction vilocity of SiO2 by carbon can be sped up by adding some adquate alkali and alkali-earth compounds. The mechanism of the reduction of SiO2 and the influence of additives on the loss weight of lump were also tested when CF and CFE were added. |
