低温条件下甲醇催化分解研究

摘    要:对国内外研究的成果进行了系统分析,简要概括了甲醇低温催化分解过程的甲醇分解、水蒸气重整、部分氧化的研究进展情况发现,存在分解中CO浓度高和催化剂失活的问题,提出了进一步提高催化剂的低温活性和稳定性以及以甲醇水蒸气、氧气结合重整法作为甲醇低温分解催化的过程是今后的研究和发展方向.

Abstract:Lots of achievements of domestic and foreign researchers who have done lots of work and made significant progress were systematically analyzed.This article briefly summarized research development of methanol decomposition,water vapor reforming and partial oxidation.There are problems of high CO consistency and catalyst devitalizing easily when decomposing.It is said that the future direction of methanol decomposition is to improve the microthermal activity and stability of catalyst,and combine methanol water vapor and oxygen reforming at the same time.
