摘    要:通过加大杆部直径的锻造余量,合理控制漏盘与杆部的间隙,采用局部镦粗法兰后错移,再成形杆部的方法,成功解决了传统工艺锻造时,号印后因号印长度短使端部压凹的问题或为满足最小号印长度造成钢锭利用率低的问题。

Abstract:By increasing the forging envelope at pole diameter,rational controlling the clearance between material-shortage tray and pole,and adopting the local forging reduction which might cause flange deviation and then the way of shaping the pole,thus successfully solving the concave problem happened to the ends resulted in different length of press marks in conventional forging technology,and low ingot utilization problem caused by meeting the minimum length of press marks.
