基于虚拟样机的某引信钟表机构故障分析

摘    要:为对引信故障进行快速准确的分析,利用虚拟样机技术,结合多体动力学分析理论,建立了某引信无返回力矩钟表延期解除保险机构的虚拟样机。采用实测弹道数据驱动仿真模型的方式准确获得了该引信机构的动态特性,讨论了引信产生瞎火的原因及相应的改进措施。结果表明:提高定位销的工作可靠性是解决该引信瞎火的根本途径,且这一结论在试验中得到了进一步验证。

Abstract:In order to analyze fuze fault rapidly and accurately,the virtual prototype of verge clock mechanism for fuze S&A mechanism was established with virtual prototype and the theory of analysis of multi-body dynamics system.The dynamic performance of the fuze was obtained by the way that the simulation model was driven by the trajectory data of actual measurement.The reason of the fuze dud and the improving measures were discussed.The results show that improving the reliability of the location pin is the fundam...
