摘    要:简述了红枣起源及分布。介绍了枣果酸甜适口,具有丰富的营养和生物活性物质。详细叙述了国内红枣开发的发展动态,并阐述了红枣产业目前发展的现状是红枣加工企业多,产品杂,品质低劣,急需改进。最后提出红枣产业今后发展的思路和建议。

Abstract:Jujube is well known for its nutrition value and bioactive substances.In this paper,the origin and natural distribution of jujube are introduced.The domestic development of jujube is described in detail.And it outlines the present situations in dire need of improvement owing to poor technique for jujube industry.At last,it also indicates the development tendency of jujube industry in future.
