改性聚合氯化铝絮凝剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以结晶AlCl3为原料制备聚合氯化铝(PAC),用聚硅酸对其进行改性,获得了改性的聚硅酸氯化铝絮凝剂。考察了pH值、SiO2浓度、温度、Al/Si摩尔比等因素对改性聚硅酸氯化铝制备的影响。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:pH值5~6,SiO2浓度2.5%,温度20~30℃,Al/Si摩尔比1.0。用改性聚硅酸氯化铝絮凝剂处理含油废水,其最佳的处理条件为:投加量125 mg/L,pH值8,搅拌时间20 min,搅拌温度50℃。改性聚硅酸氯化铝絮凝剂具有更好的除油、去除COD的效果。

Abstract:PAC flocculate was prepared by the crystal AlCl3 as raw material,then modified with polysilicic acid.The effect of pH value,concentration of SiO2,temperature,mole ratio of Al/Si was discussed.The result showed that pH=5~6,the concentration of SiO2=2.5%,temperature is 20~30 ℃,Al/Si=1.0.Wastewater treatment by modified polysilicic aluminum chloride.The optimum operational parameters are found that dosage is 125 mg/L,pH=8,stiring time is 20 min,sitring temperature is 50 ℃.The experiment for application shows that modified PAC has better flocculation efficiency of oil removing,remove COD than PAC.
