摘    要:佛山新城区优质水厂采用浸没式超滤膜处理工艺,设计规模为5 000 m3/d,2006年6月投产.分析了浸没式超滤膜跨膜压差(TMP)的变化特点,运行结果表明,浸没式超滤膜的膜通量稳定;介绍了超滤膜的物理清洗和化学清洗方法,清洗结果表明,气水反冲洗和化学清洗能够有效控制膜污染,酸洗和氯洗可有效清洗膜的污染物,跨膜压差恢复率为93%;讨论了温度对柠檬酸清洗和次氯酸钠清洗效果的影响,并提出了提高低温清洗效果的措施.

Abstract:The submerged UF membrane was employed in the Foshan New Urban Waterworks with the designed capacity of 5 000 m3/d,and the water treatment plant was put into operation in June 2006.In this paper,the TMP characteristics of submerged UF membrane applied in Foshan New Urban Waterworks was analyzed,and it is showed that flux of submerged UF membrane was quite stable in operation.Physical cleaning and chemical cleaning for submerged UF membrane were both introduced,and the cleaning results showed:backwashing and...
