| 摘 要： | GDY445型封隔器是一种新型的液压防顶封隔器,这种封隔器是专为油田下滤防砂和丢封堵水而设计的.其显著的技术特点是设计了独特的坐封、丢手互锁机构,中途防坐机构,打捞解封机构和软楔式胶筒密封结构.可有效防止封隔器在下井、坐封、丢手及打捞过程中井下事故的发生,提高密封效果.室内试验及现场应用表明,与常规液压封隔器相比,它具有坐封容易、密封可靠、打捞方便、解卡顺利等优点.在挂滤防砂及丢封高压水层方面效常显著. |

| Abstract: | The GDY445 packer is a kind of new type hydraulic pressure back packer. It is designed for lowering in operation of sand screen and water blockoff. Its main technological feature is the design of such components as setting unit part, back off cross correlation locking part, setting prevention part, fishing releasing part and soft wedge packing element sealing mechanism. It can effectively prevent accidents during the packer tripping in, setting, releasing and fishing. The sealing performance is improved. The indoor test and field application show: Comparing with regular packer, it has such advantages as simple setting, reliable sealing, convenient fishing, smooth unfreezing. The packer is effective in sand controlling of sand screen and sealing high pressure water layer. |
