| 摘 要： | 曲线面的设计、制造和测试，是机械制造业难点，也是影响烟草机械发展的瓶颈之一，含曲线面的零部件检验，为检验中难度较高的技术之一。文中提出一种曲线面逆向产品的数据文件检验法，它以盘型凸轮和圆柱凸轮两大系列产品为例阐述其原理和应用，通过建立两个曲线面产品的轮廓数据文件校验比对，快速完成多个凸轮曲线面之间的相对偏差量化评价，用于逆向工程中曲线面逆向产品制造的质量控制。它有高的检验效率，同时能用于我国机械制造领域对曲线面产品在测量机上的精密测试技术研究等。
