集散控制系统在空分工艺中的应用

摘    要:空分系统采用先进的分子筛纯化器和增压透平膨胀机流程,工艺连续,系统复杂,控制环节多,自动化要求高。为此,采用Jx-300x集散控制系统,设1个操作员站、1个工程师站、控制站及通讯网络4部分,对温度、压力、流量、液位、振动、转速、成分、位移等工艺参数进行检测、控制和联锁,实现了数据采集、工艺控制、状态流程显示、趋势记录、报警等功能。该系统运行稳定,保证了空分生产的正常运行。

Abstract:The air separating system adopted advanced molecular sieve purifier and supercharged turbo expander with continuous process, complex system, many control links and high automation require. Then the Jx-300x distribution control system was used, having one operator station, one engineer station, control station and communication network, detecting, controlling and interlocking process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flux, liquid level, vibration, rotate speed, component and displacement etc and realizing the functions of data collection, process control, estate flow display, trend record, alarm and so on. The system run stable and ensured air separating production.
