摘    要:地下水压力的大小在建筑物基础底板抗浮验算和地下室外墙承载力验算等工程计算中都是一个很重要的参数。根据一些建筑场地地下水压力现场监测的结果,并利用有限元模型进行计算分析和验证,总结出在一定的水文地质条件下,相对隔水的粘性土层中地下水压力分析的若干规律。由于类似的建筑场地很多,上述规律对类似工程中判定地下水压力分布状况有一定的指导作用,这种分析结果具有一定的实用性。

Abstract:The value of the groundwater pressure is an important parameter in the engineering computations for the checkings of the base-plate anti-floatation of building foundation and the outer wall bearing capacity of basement. Based on the field monitoring of the groundwater pressure in some construction sites and using the finite element method for computational analysis and checking, the paper summarizes several regularities of the groundwater pressure distribution in the relatively impervious clayey soil layers under certain hydrogeological conditions. Owing to there are many similar construction sites, the above regularities possess guiding significance for similar projects to evaluate the distribution conditions of the groundwater pressure. This analysis results are practical at certain extent.
