塔河油SBR改性沥青生产技术的开发与应用

摘    要:通过制备丁苯橡胶母液或直接加入一添加特制的化学交联剂工艺,开发出了符合交通部JTGF40--2004聚合物改性沥青技术要求的SBR类改性道路沥青产品,考察了主要工艺条件对改性沥青性质的影响,加入交联剂可有效提高改性沥青的粘韧性和韧性及使用性能。按照美国SHRP胶结料性能评价体系以及交通部《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》,分别对工业生产的塔河油SBR改性沥青及其混合料进行了性能评价,结果表明,塔河油SBR改性沥青混合料性能符合所有气候分区的要求,性能等级符合PG76—28级别,具有较好的高低温性能和抗水损害以及抗疲劳开裂等性能。

Abstract:By special chemical crosslinking additive or styrene -butadiene rubber latex admixing process, SBR modified asphalt producted from Tahe crude oil feed was developed to meet the JTG F40 -2004 polymer modification technique requirements of Transport of People's Republic of China. Accommodation of main process conditions with the grade of modified asphalt is investigated, their toughness and tenacity performance are effectively improved by adding special chemical crosslinking. According to the U.S. SHRP PG specification and grade specification of Ministry of Transport of People's Republic of China, the performance of SBR modified asphalt obtained from Tahe oil by industrial production process and their mixes was evaluated, the result shows that Tahe oil SBR modified asphah's performance can meet the PG76 -28 binder grade level and suitable to all climatic conditions categories, forthermore, has good high temperature performance, improved water damage resistance and well anti -fatigue -cracking performance.
