摘    要:阐述了高酸值原油 (简称高酸原油 )加工的趋势及加工过程中存在的设备腐蚀问题。指出原油组成、操作温度、流速和流动状态、压力及设备材质等是影响环烷酸腐蚀的重要因素。并重点介绍了加工高酸原油炼油设备防腐蚀技术的进展和应用情况。采取掺炼措施、选用 316L及渗铝钢等耐蚀材料、加注缓蚀剂以及进行有效的腐蚀监测技术是减轻环烷酸危害的有效手段。

Abstract:The trend of processing high acid value crudes and the equipment corrosion in processing operation are discussed. It is pointed that the crude compositions, operating temperature, fluid velocity and flow pattern, pressure and equipment metallurgy are the major factors affecting the naphthenic acid corrosion. The development and application of corrosion prevention technologies for the equipment in processing high acid value crudes are highlighted. The effective measures for mitigating the corrosion are appropriate crude oil blending, selection of corrosion-resistant materials such as 316L and aluminum-diffused steels and injection of corrosion inhibitors etc.
