| 摘 要： | 研究生创新能力的培养，是经济产业发展从投资驱动、要素驱动向创新驱动的转变在大学研究生培养上的本质反映，因而与之对应的研究生创新能力培养机制建立更显得急迫。本文就此主题展开论述，旨在促进地方高校研究生创新能力培养机制的形成。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of postgraduates＇ capacity to innovate is the essential reflection of eco- nomic industrial development in the transformation from investment-driven, factor-driven to innova- tion-driven in training postgraduates. Therefore, establishing a corresponding mechanism to cultivate postgraduates＇ innovation capacity has become urgent. The paper discusses this issue with the aim of promoting the mechanism to cultivate postgraduates＇ innovation capacity. |
