| 摘 要： | 面对21世纪国际经济科技日趋激烈的竞争和我国广大人民群众日益增长的高等教育需求,高校招生规模经历了一个飞跃过程.这意味着我国的高等教育正在朝着大众化的方向发展.通过对高等教育大众化的战略意义和对大众化的度量进行分析研究,重点提出了高等教育大众化面临的问题及解决对策.
