方坯连铸机高效化的攻关研究

摘    要:简要介绍了八钢二炼钢0#方坯连铸机基本技术特点,结合其生产实际优化工艺,较为系统地实现连铸关键性技术结晶器、二次冷却等相关技术的高效化。大幅提高了连铸机产能。

Abstract:The test briefly introduced technowgical features of No. 0 billet CCM, optimized the process throagh produceing practiu, and systematically acheived high efficiency of the key technology of continuous casting such as crystallizer, secondary coding. It had greatly increased the procluc tion capacity of CCM.
