摘    要:渗氮叶片的试验室试验及工业试验结果表明,渗氮叶片与渗氮试样总蚀磨损抗力存在较大差距。引起渗氮叶片冲蚀磨损抗力提高幅度不大的原因是:气流速度高、粉尘浓度集中、有少量硬粒子存在、长时间运行粉尘数量大等。

Abstract:The results of nitriding blades of laboratory tests and industrial tests show that there is great difference against erosion between fixed blades and ni- triding sample. Reasons resulting in cutting down the resistance of the nitriding blades against erosion are: high airflow speed, concentration of dust, a small amount of hard particles, and after long time's running there is a great deal of dust etc.
