摘    要:以大连市金州区产的红灯、雷尼甜樱桃为试材,探讨了不同PE膜包装处理对甜樱桃贮藏性的影响。结果表明,包装处理在保持甜樱桃果实营养方面有良好的效果,贮藏110d后,采用0.04mm的PE(乙烯)膜果实的腐烂率为4,66%、褐变率为3.56%。同时保鲜荆+PE保鲜膜处理可使相关酶的活性得到抑制。

Abstract:Taking sweetcherry fruit of 'Hongdeng' and 'Rainier' produced in Jinzhou of Dalian as material,the influnce of differents of PE film package to sweet fruit storage quality were explored.The results showed that the package treeatments had excellent effcts for keeping sweetcherry fruit nutrition.The fruit browning rate treated 0.04 mm PE film was 3.56 %,and the fruit rotten rate was 4.66,after 110 d of storage.Meanwhile,treatments with fresh keeping dose plus PE film could inhabited the activity of relative enzyme.
