摘    要:使用模型试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,研究矩形阻抗式调压室底部流道的体型优化设计,在试验的基础上进行了优化设计,然后对原设计和优化设计在几种工况下的流动进行数值模拟,数值模拟的结果和试验结果相符.试验和数值模拟的结果均说明优化设计方案比原方案水流更平顺,水头损失更小,提高了发电能力。

Abstract:With the method of model test and numerical simulation, optimum design for the bottom flow passage's shape of the rectangular orifice surge chamber is studied. Based on the model test, optimum design is supplied. Then the flow under three operating conditions of the original design and optimum design is simulated numerically. The numerical results agree with the results of the model test. Both results of the numerical simulation and the model test verify that the optimum design can make the flow smoother, decrease the head loss and increase the efficiency of the power generation compared with the original design.
