高选择性氢气和液化气元件的研制

摘    要:作者以共沉淀法制备的γ-Fe2O3为气敏基料,通过多种金属氧化物的掺杂,研究了杂质的离子半径、元件电负性对元件氢气灵敏度的影响,并定量地研究了Ag2O掺杂特性,通过其掺杂修饰和用掺有PtO的Al2O3表面涂层修饰,研制出了高选择性氢气和液化气敏感元件。

Abstract:By the co-precipitation method, γ-Fe\-2O\-3 base material has been made. The effects of many dopants on the H\-2 sensitivity were investigated. Especially, the γ-Fe\-2O\-3 gas sensor doped with Ag\-2O was studied in detail. At last, the high sensitivity and selectivity gas sensor of H\-2 and LPG was made with the Ag\-2O dopant and the surface-decorating-coat of Al\-2O\-3 doped with PtO.
