| 摘 要： | 在对应急救援预案编制分析的基础上，结合爆破作业中可能出现的炮烟中毒事故，研究了炮烟中毒事故应急救援预案的具体编制方法，以便能在事故发生的第一时间，积极采取正确的应急措施，将事故对人员和财产的损失降到最低程度。另外，文章以某矿炮烟中毒事故为例，编制了应急救援预案，以供相关企业参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of emergency rescue preplan compiling and the possible poisoning accident by blasting fume, the idiographic compiling method for the emergency rescue preplan of blasting fume poisoning accident has been studied in order to adopt correct emergency measure in time and decrease the losses of people and property to minimum level when an accident occurs. In addition, the article take the blasting fume poisoning accident of a mine as an example, compile an emergency rescue preplan which provides a reference for related enterprises. |
