氯氰菊酯微乳液可视化研究

摘    要:采用亚微观可视化反应装置对氯氰菊酯微乳液的样品进行微粒运动状态的动态观察,对微粒的粒径进行了测试。结合图像讨论了微乳液中微粒状态与粒径分布的关系和微粒的分布与分散性的关系,实现了微乳液微观状态的可视化和微粒粒径测量的可视化。讨论得出颗粒越细粒径分布越窄,微乳液稳定性越好;当可测量微粒的粒径越小,在单位图片上(或单位时间内)微粒的分布越少时,微乳液的分散性越好,透光率越高。

Abstract:The particle movement and diameter of cypermethrin micro-emulsion samples have been tested using submicro visualizatal instrument. The relation between stability of micro emulsion and particle size distribution and the relation between particle distribution and dispersion of micro emulsion have been both discussed based on images, which showed micro-status of micro emulsion and to measure micro particle diameter can be investigated by visualization. The conclusion is that the smaller the particles and the narrower diameter distribution are, the more stable the micro-emulsion is, when the smaller the mesurable particle diameter and the less the particle in per unit image area(or in unit time) are, the better the dispersion and the transmittancy of the micro-emulsion are.
